    Louis kept me informed as he found out information. The service girl at the desk was most helpful in getting me in asap due to my circumstances and she was able to arrange a loaner car for me which was most helpful! We got my problem resolved plus they found another big problem that could have posed a real problem when I head out of town next week. So they were really on top of everything. But then they usually are! Always great service for 11 years!

    The sales experience was great. They did not have the best price, but had no problem matching it. Jonathan Portillo was great, helped us look at all the options and was very patient as we made our decision. Carlos Sanchez in finance was easy to work with and did not try to pressure us into anything we did not want.

    I called the service department for car maintenance. They promptly gave me an appointment time and a reminder. I came at my time, was greeted by Louis, who did an outstanding job. Took the time to explain everything . Gave me an expected time of service. Not only did he meet the expectation he exceeded the expectation. I am 100% satisfied with the level of service from the first call, day of service and the work performed.
